【摘要】 目的探讨冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)颈部大动脉超声与冠脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)的关系。方法回顾性分析我院行冠脉造影及颈总动脉超声检查病例946例,根据CAG结果分为对照组、单支病变组、双支病变组、3支病变组及累及左主干(1eft main artery,LM)组。对颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(internal medial thickness,IMT)、峰值流速(maximum velocity,Vmax)、阻力指数(resistence index,RI)及斑块发生率进行统计学分析。结果 CAD各组年龄、Vmax及颈部大动脉斑块发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01)。单支病变组IMT、RI与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),双支病变、3支病变及累及LM组IMT、RI与对照组比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 CAD发病与年龄成正相关,颈总动脉IMT、RI、Vmax、斑块发生率与CAD严重程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate common carotid artery ultrasound and coronary angiography(CAG) in coronary artery disease(CAD) patients.Methods 946 cases who received coronary angiography and carotid artery ultrasound examination in the past four years were analyzed.According to CAG results,patients were divided into control group,single-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group,three-vessel group and left main coronary artery involved (LM) group according to the scope of the involved vascular.Common carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT),the incidence of carotid artery plaque,common carotid artery maximum velocity(Vmax) resistance index(RI) and the incidence of plagne were taken into statistical analysis.Results The average age,Vmax and incidence of plaque were significantly different in CAD group than in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01).IMT and RI were without significant difference in single-vessel disease group and control group(P>0.05).IMT and RI were significantly different in double-vessel disease group,three-vessel group and LM involved group(P<0.01).Conclusions CAD incidence is positively associated with age.IMT,Vmax,RI,plaque incidence in common carotid artery ultrasound examination were associated closely with the occurrence and development of CAD.更多还原
