【摘要】 随着人寿保险业的快速发展,人寿保险患者要求修改病史的现象也日益增多。其要求修改病史的原因包括对保险公司隐瞒病史、未充分了解保险条款、规避条款设法获得理赔等,医疗机构应当加强对患者宣传教育及医务人员法制教育、施行病史确认签名制度和制订特殊情况应对预案等予以应对。既满足了患者的需求,又有效地防范了医疗纠纷的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of life insurance business,patients bought life insurance demand to change their disease history increasing more and more.The reasons they changing their disease history include hiding their disease history to insurance company,inadequacy understanding insurance clause,avoiding clause for getting claims expenses and etc.Medical institution should strengthen propaganda education to patients and law education to medical staffs.It suggest to implement signature mechanism of confirming disease history and to set up plans for special situation,which not only satisfy the requirement of patient,but also effectively prevent medical tangle.更多还原
