【摘要】 随着医疗保险在我国全面实施,医疗保险给病案质量赋予了新的内涵,结合社保部门对医疗保险病案审核的具体要求,提出了准确填写病案首页,掌握医保要求,规范书写病历记录等七个方面的质量控制的要点。通过制订病案质量控制标准和完善质量监控体系,落实奖惩制度,加强医疗保险政策法规培训和病案书写培训等措施,使病案书写更加规范,更好地为医疗保险管理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the total implement of medical insurance in our country,it gives new meaning of medical records quality,putting forward 7 key points of quality control through combing concrete acquirement of social-insurance-department-audit medical records.Through formulating control standard and perfecting quality control system to fulfill reward and punishment system for strengthening medical insurance policy and law and regulations training and medical records writing training,which can standard medical records writing better and provide better management service for medical insurance.更多还原
