【摘要】 目的:了解6个月～4岁儿童睡眠问题现状,探索儿童睡眠问题与母亲孕期健康状况及行为因素的关系,为改善儿童睡眠状况提供依据。方法:采用抽样法抽取北京市海淀区236例6个月～4岁儿童作为研究对象,采用统一问卷对受试儿童家长进行现场调查,应用SPSS 16.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果:调查人群睡眠问题的发生率为57.6%,无性别差异,随着年龄增长,睡眠问题的发生率逐渐降低。母亲妊娠期情绪低落与儿童睡眠节律紊乱的发生有关联,母亲妊娠期被动吸烟及产后情绪低落与儿童异态睡眠的发生有关联。结论:母亲妊娠期情绪低落可导致6个月～4岁儿童的睡眠节律紊乱,母亲妊娠期被动吸烟及产后情绪低落可引起6个月～4岁儿童异态睡眠的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status of sleep problems of children aged 6 months～4 years old,explore the relationship between sleep problems of children and maternal health status during pregnancy and behavioral factors,provide a basis for improving sleep status of children.Methods:Sampling method was used to abstract 236 children aged 6 months～4 years old as study objects from Haidian District,an uniform questionnaire was applied to survey the parents of the children,statistical analysis was conducted on SPSS 16.0 software.Results:The incidence of sleep problems among the investigated population was 57.6%,there was no significant difference between boys and girls,the incidence of sleep problems decreased with age.Maternal diminished emotions during pregnancy was related to disorder of sleep rhythm of children,passive smoking during pregnancy and postpartum diminished emotions were correlated with the occurrence of abnormal sleep of children.Conclusion:Maternal diminished emotions during pregnancy can induce disorder of sleep rhythm of children aged 6 months～4 years old,passive smoking during pregnancy and postpartum diminished emotions may lead to the occurrence of abnormal sleep of children.更多还原
