【摘要】 目的:了解医学院高护女生心理健康状况,为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对高护女大学生441人的心理健康状况进行了问卷测试,对数据用SPSS10.0软件进行描述性统计分析处理。结果:测试中至少有1项SCL-90的因子分≥3分的学生占2.95%~7.26%,护理系女大学生躯体化、焦虑和敌对3个因子得分高于全国大学生常模,偏执和抑郁2个因子得分低于全国大学生常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。强迫、人际敏感、恐怖和精神病性4个因子得分与全国大学生常模相似。结论:医学院高护女大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,而且有年级差异,应加强对高护女大学生的心理健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the psychological health status of female students of nursing major in a medical college,and provide a basis for carrying out psychological health education.Methods:SCL-90 was used to survey the psychological health status of 441 female students of nursing major in a medical college,then the data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 software.Results:The proportion of at least one factor score≥3 among the female students was 2.95%～7.26%,the scores of somzatization,anxiety and hostility in female students were significantly higher than those of national norm;the scores of paranoid and depression in female students were significantly lower than those of national norm(P<0.01);the scores of obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,terror and psychosis in female students were similar to those of national norm.Conclusion:The psychological health status of female students of nursing major in a medical college is not optimistic,the psychological health education of female students of nursing major in medical colleges should be enhanced.更多还原
