【摘要】 目的总结单侧毁损肺的外科治疗方法及经验。方法回顾性分析我科2001年至2010年56例单侧毁损肺行全肺切除术患者的临床分析。结果手术中失血800～4500mL,其中失血1000mL以上者38例(67.8%),3000mL以上者12例(21.4%),56例中治愈54例(96.4%),全组中无死亡病例,后发生并发症4例(7.1%)。结论全肺切除治疗单侧毁损肺患者能够取得较好的外科治疗效果,但要把握手术指征,小心游离肺,处理好肺门,积极治疗并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the experience of surgical treatment for unilateral destroyed lung. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of unilateral destroyed lung with pleuropneumonectomy from 2001 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results No death occurred. The volume of blood loss during operation 800 to 4500mL (that of 38 cases was over 1000 mL, 67.0%; 12 over 3000 mL, 21.4%). All cases were cured. Postoperative complications occurred in 4 cases (7.1%). Conclusion Pleuropneumonectomy on the cases of unilateral destroyed lung can get satisfied results in condition of good dissection of the lung, handling of the hilum and management of postoperative complications.更多还原
