【摘要】 目的探讨早期气管插管对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法将86例重型颅脑损伤患者根据气管插管时间不同分为早期气管插管组和常规气管插管组,比较两组SpO2、氧合指数、颅内压、病死率和致残率。结果入ICU后首次SpO2及氧合指数早期气管插管组更高,常规气管插管组病死率和致残率增加。结论早期气管插管可以改善氧合,减少低氧血症发生,避免或减少误吸发生,降低病死率和致残率,对重型颅脑损伤患者预后是有利的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore early intubation to influence on severe brain-injured patients’ outcome.Methods 86 cases of severe brain-injury have been divided into the early intubation group and the regular intubation group according to the different time of tracheal intubation,comparing SpO2,PaO2/FiO2,pressure of intracrania disabled rate and mortality of two groups.Results SpO2 and PaO2/FiO2 of the early intubation group were higher than before intubation.Patients ’mortality of the regular intubation group increased.Conclusion The early tracheal intubation can mprove oxygenation,prevent aspiration,control ventilation,and can improve prognosis rate obviously to the severe brain-injured patients.更多还原
