小量程大行程压杆检测系统及在脑-机接口的应用
Small range big-trip pressure lever detection system and its application in brain-computer interface
【摘要】 为准确采集大鼠前肢运动压力值,以便于分析大鼠大脑初级运动皮层神经元信号与其相关运动感知的关系,通过理论计算,采用金属箔式全桥差动电桥测量原理和杠杆原理,设计了大鼠用微小量程、较大行程测力传感器,采用高精度外设部件互连标准(PCI)信号采集与控制输出模块,设计了大鼠实验压杆检测系统,能很好的实现大鼠前肢动作奖赏控制.实验结果表明:与现有的测力传感器相比,克服了其在测量精度、量程等方面的局限性;压杆检测系统能够实时在线记录大鼠前肢运动压力值及显示相关参数,且系统采集数据准确度和精度较高,该检测系统使得小型动物运动感知研究的脑-机接口信号检测能力显著提高.
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of metal foil differential bridge measurement of full bridge and lever principle,a pressure force sensor with small-range and big-trip was designed by theoretical calculation,in order to accurately capture the stress of rat forelimb movement,and then analyze the relationship between rat’s brain primary motor cortex neurons signal and its motion perception.Adopting high precision peripheral component interconnect(PCI) signal acquisition and control output module,a rat experiment pressure stem detection system was design.The trail results show that this designed sensor overcomes the limitations in measurement accuracy and range compared with existing sensors;The pressure lever detection system can on-line record the force of the rat forelimb movement force and display parameters,and this designed detection system can detect the force of the rat forelimb movement force with high accuracy and precision.The system can notably improve the performance of brain-computer interface in detecting small animal motion.
