【摘要】 通过对2例肺癌患者经支气管动脉灌注化疗术治疗后发生严重并发症的观察和分析,探讨其并发症的发生原因、防治与处理措施。本文中2例患者均因支气管动脉灌注化疗术的严重并发症而死亡,1例患者死于大咯血,1例患者死于肺梗塞。故支气管动脉灌注化疗术需谨慎实施,对其并发症要早期发现,及时治疗,使危害减少到最小程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe and analyze the severe complications associated with bronchial arterial infusion(BAI) in 2 patients of lung cancer in order to investigate their causes,prevention and management.2 patients were dead because of the severe complications in BAI,one patient died of severe hemoptysis after interventional treatment,and the other one died of lung infarction.Therefore,bronchial arterial infusion should be performed carefully.Early diagnosis and effective treatment could be improved by avoiding complications.更多还原
