【摘要】 目的观察痔科洗剂治疗炎性外痔的临床效果。方法将80例炎性外痔患者随机分成两组,每组各40例,治疗组采用痔科洗剂熏洗坐浴,对照组用1∶5000 PP液熏洗坐浴,观察两组患者在用药前后症状、体征变化。结果治疗组治愈25例,有效14例,无效1例,治愈率为62.5%,总有效率为97.5%;治疗7d后,治疗组疼痛、水肿程度显著减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论痔科洗剂治疗炎性外痔有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Zhike Xiji in the treatment of inflammatory hemorrhoids.Methods Eighty patients with inflammatory hemorrhoids were divided randomly into two groups,40 cases in each group.The study group received fumigant and washing sitz bath with Zhike Xiji,and the control group received PP sitz bath(1︰5000).Symptoms and signs before and after treatments of the 2 groups were observed.Results The clinical effect from the study group for relieving symptoms and signs of inflammatory hemorrhoids is better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhike Xiji can significantly relieve symptoms and signs of inflammatory hemorrhoids.更多还原
