【摘要】 目的探讨BV生化测定法在BV诊断中的应用价值。方法对450例阴道分泌物进行常规及BV生化检测。结果 在450例疑似BV患者中,以唾液酸苷酶+过氧化氢阳性为诊断标准检出BV患者307例(占总数的68.22%),Amsel标准法检出阳性患者298例(占总数的66.22%),二者的符合率为90.89%,具有中度一致性(Kappa=0.79)。结论使用生化检测法与Amsel标准法诊断BV具有中度一致性,而且该检测快速准确,适宜临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of vaginal infections diagnosis using biochemistry test method.Methods Vaginal secretions from 450 patients with suspected bacterial vaginosis were tested by using both biochemistry and routine test.Results Positive patients were 307(accounting for 68.22% of 450 patients) according to the standard of positive "SNa+H2O2" and 298(accounting for 66.22% of 450 patients) using Amsel standard method.The coincidence rate of the two methods was 90.89%.They had moderate agreement(Kappa=0.79).Conclusion The consistency of the Amsel standard method and biochemistry test was high for BV diagnosis.Especially,biochemistry test method was rapid and accurate,suitable for clinical practice and application.更多还原
