【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒高频超声对小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤的诊断价值。方法对本组15例临床疑为睾丸肿瘤的患儿均进行彩色多普勒高频超声检查,并经手术病理证实。结果彩色多普勒高频超声均提示为睾丸卵黄囊瘤,弥漫型2例、局限型13例,肿瘤内部血供丰富。多普勒超声显示主要为低阻型血流频谱。结论彩色多普勒高频超声对小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤的诊断有一定的声像特征及结合临床症状、血清学检查,有重要的诊断价值,是诊断小儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of color doppler high-frequency ultrasound in children with testicle yolk sac tumors.Methods Fifteen cases suspected with testicle yolk sac tumors received the preoperative examination of color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound,and were conformed with the disease by pathology finally.Results All 15 cases were diagnosed by color doppler high-frequency ultrasound,with rich blood flow within the tumor and mainly low-resistance blood flow frequency spectrum,including diffuse type 23 cases and local type 13 cases.Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of the testicle yolk sac tumors are characteristic.The color doppler high-frequency ultrasound combined with clinic feature and serum examination have important value for the diagnosis of yolk sac tumors in testicle,and it is the first choice method.更多还原
