【摘要】 目的系统评价薯蓣皂苷片(商品名:维奥欣)对心血管疾病血液流变学的影响。方法全面收集维奥欣对心血管疾病血液流变学影响的随机对照试验(RCT),并依纳入标准进行筛选,以全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、红细胞压积、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原作结局指标,使用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果维奥欣组各结局指标均优于对照组,亦优于阳性药物组(纤维蛋白原除外)。结论维奥欣可有效改善心血管疾病血液流变学相关指标,但因纳入研究的方法质量低下和可能存在发表偏倚,上述结论有待进一步开展高质量、多中心的随机双盲对照试验来证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Dioscin Tablet on hemorheology in cardiovascular diseases.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCT) of the efficacy of Dioscin Tablet on hemorheology in cardiovascular diseases were collected completely and sieved according to the inclusion criteria.High shear rate of whole blood viscosity(HBV),low shear rate of whole blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV),hematokritand fibrinogen were compared and analyzed with RevMan 5.0 software.Results Dioscin tablet was not only better than conventional therapy,but also than positive drug groups(fibrinogen excepted)on hemorheology in cardiovascular diseases.Conclusion Systematic review indicates that Dioscin tablet can improve the hemorheology indexes of cardiovascular diseases,however,further and multi-centre randomized double-blind control trials using Dioscin tablet are still needed because of the limited quality of the included studies.更多还原
