【摘要】 现行盲文简写方案是汉语盲文首个系统、简明的简写方案,填补了我国汉语盲文简写方案的空白。它包括4条音节简写规则、92个定型简写符号、4条使用规则。每个定型简写符号只对应一个唯一确定的词,有明确的读音和词义。简写方案对语文教材和人民日报样本语料的覆盖率约为24.7%。现行盲文简写方案兼容原方案,实现了简明性与科学性兼顾,简写效益与语音规律、触觉阅读规律兼顾的设计目标。它能够提高盲文的阅读和书写速度,能够区分部分同音词。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current shorthand program of Chinese Braille,the first systemic and concise program involving Chinese Braille,contains 4 abbreviation ules,92 contractions,and 4 rules of usage,with each contraction representing a unique word with a specific pronunciation and meaning.The shorthand program,which accounts for about 24.7% of the sample corpus of either Chinese-language teaching materials or the People’s Daily,is compatible with the original program,and has achieved the goal of attaching importance to the combination of conciseness and scientization,and to the integration of abbreviation efficiency,phonetic rules,and tactile reading rules.Additionally,the shorthand program can increase the speed of reading or writing,and distinguish between homophones.更多还原
