基于编码识别和变频控制技术的自动定位系统的研究
Research of automatic location system based on coding identification technology and frequency conversion control technology
【摘要】 现代工厂很多控制系统要求被控对象的走行定位误差小、定位精确,而实际系统很难建立准确可靠的数学控制模型。基于编码识别技术、PLC控制技术和变频控制技术,构建了物料小车走行自动定位控制系统,该系统包含粗定位和精定位两个阶段,实现了预定目标的高效自动走行控制和准确定位,经过实际系统试验验证,控制系统具有稳定性高、响应快、误差小、维护方便等优点。
【Abstract】 The factories demand the walking location of the controlled object is accurate.But the real system is hard to build accurate mathematic control model.The walking automatic location control system of small vehicle is built based on coding identification technology,PLC control technology and frequency conversion control technology. This system including two stages of coarse location and accurate location,implements efficient automatic walking control and accurate location.Some real testing show that this control system has many advantages,such as high stability,fast response,minor error,convenient maintenance.
