【摘要】 目的探讨瘢痕部分手术切除、残留瘢痕内缓释药物注射及创面脉冲二氧化碳激光光凝综合治疗体表中小面积瘢痕疙瘩的临床效果。方法对186例瘢痕疙瘩患者采用手术切除大部分瘢痕,残留瘢痕内注射曲安奈德及利多卡因混悬液,创面激光光凝止血结痂的综合治疗(综合治疗组)。选取同期及既往单纯激光手术切除瘢痕135例患者(手术治疗组),单纯药物瘢痕内注射204例患者(药物治疗组)作为对照,比较3组疗效。结果联合治疗组186例患者术后创面愈合,经1~3次注射后随访1~2年,162例未见瘢痕再增生,疗效与手术治疗组及药物治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合药物综合治疗瘢痕疙瘩方法简便,效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of partial scar excision,laser and drug treatment for hyperplastic scar.Methods A total of 186 cases with hyperplastic scar were treated by partial excision,drug treatment and laser(the combined therapy group),the other 135 patients were treated by surgery only(the surgery group),and the remaining 204 cases underwent drug treatment only(the drug treatment group).The curative effect of the 3 groups was compared.Results In the combined therapy group,the incisions recovered,without further proliferation of scar in 162 cases according to follow-up for 1~2 years.The curative effect of this group was better than that of the surgery group and the drug treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion This method is simple and effective.更多还原
