【摘要】 目的为获得优质药材,充分利用槐枝和槐叶,扩大芦丁资源提供参考依据。方法按照2010年版《中国药典(一部)》槐花项下含量测定方法,测定槐枝不同部位及槐叶中芦丁的含量。结果不同生长年限的槐枝,嫩枝中芦丁含量最高;槐枝的不同部位中,枝皮的含量最高,木质部中也含有芦丁;不同植株槐叶中芦丁含量不同。结论该研究揭示了不同生长年限槐枝、槐枝不同部位以及槐叶中芦丁含量的差异,为获得优质药材和芦丁的开发提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the theoretic reference for obtaining high quality medical materials,making full use of Sophora japonica L.branches and leaves and expanding the resources of rutin.Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopeia(edition 2010,VolⅠ),the rutin content in different parts of Sophora japonica L.branches and leaves was determined.Results Among the branches with different growth years,the rutin content was the highest in young branches.Among the different parts of branches,the rutin content was the highest in skin of branch.Xylem also contained rutin.The leaves in different plants had different contents of rutin.Conclusion The result revealed the diversity of the rutin content in different growth years of branches,different parts of branches and leaves,which provides the reference basis for choosing the best medicinal materials and developing rutin.更多还原
