【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省传染病报告卡的填报情况。[方法]对2009年山东省传染病报告卡相关资料进行分析。[结果]查出年龄与职业不匹配的报告卡494张,占0.17%;≤14岁病例未填写家长姓名的3 528张,占2.01%;未填写填卡医生姓名的12 632张,占4.26%;干部职员、学生、幼托儿童、医务人员、工人、教师病例未填写工作单位的共20 642例,占27.45%;错误报告病原携带者和阳性检测结果的172张,占0.06%。[结论]2009年山东省传染病报告卡填写质量比2008年有较大幅度的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the situation of infectious disease reporting cards’filling in Shandong province.[Methods]Analysis was made on the data of infectious disease reporting cards in Shandong province,2009.[Results]There were 494 network reporting cards which were mismatched between age and occupation of infectious disease patients,accounting for 0.17% and 3 528 reporting cards which were without parents’name of patients under 14 years old,accounting for 2.01%.There were 12 632 reporting cards which were without reporter’s name,accounting for 4.26%.There were 20 642 cards which were without the cadre staffs and students and the view children and the medical staffs or workers and teachers’working unit,accounting for 27.45%.There were 172 reporting cards which reported mistakenly the pathogens carriers and the results of positive tests,accounting for 0.06%.[Conclusion]The quality of infectious disease reporting cards filling in Shandong province is much better in 2009 than in 2008.更多还原
