【摘要】 目的:通过对院前"盲流病人"各环节救治的分析,发现常见的安全隐患,根据社会实际,提出应对措施。方法:通过对院前救治"不应答盲流病人"的回顾性分析,结合本中心处置经验及资深急救医师的临床经验展开论述。结果:"不应答盲流病人"因失去应答能力而成为院前急救的最大安全隐患。结论:急需出台相应急救政策,合理处置该类病人,在保障该类病人正当权益的同时,避免医疗纠纷的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Common security risks were found by analyzing various aspects of pre-hospital care of "non-responded vagrant and beggar patients " and measures were proposed according to the social reality.Method: This paper will be described by retrospective analysis on pre-hospital care of "non-responded vagrant and beggar patients",in combination with disposal experience of our center and clinical experience of senior emergency physicians.Results: Due to loss of response capability,the diagnosis of disease of the comatose "Vagrants and beggars patients" was limited,it was a great challenge for pre-hospital cares,and accompanied by high security risk.Conclusion: There is an urgent need to issue appropriate first-aid related policies which could dispose these patients reasonably and protect the legitimate rights and interests of these patients,while avoiding the security risks of medical institutions.The measures proposed had good feasibility and use value.更多还原
