【Abstract】 Objective: To attract the attention of clinical pharmacists to the reasonable use of drugs in clinical rounds.Methods: Analysis was made on the choice of proton pump inhibitors in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI).Results and Conclusion: Patients with coronary heart diseases after PCI usually combine the use of clopidogrel to prevent platelet aggregation and proton pump inhibititors(PPI) to prevent gastrointestinal bleeding.Among the PPI pantoprazole is the most effective to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.更多还原
