【摘要】 目的:研究复方首乌软胶囊对衰老小鼠p16基因表达的影响,探讨复方首乌软胶囊的抗衰老机制。方法:用D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,以复方首乌软胶囊治疗,实时荧光定量PCR法观察小鼠脑海马p16基因的mRNA表达。结果:复方首乌软胶囊组p16基因mRNA表达降低。结论:复方首乌软胶囊能降低p16基因的表达,从而起到抗衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Shouwu Soft Capsules on p16 gene expression in D-galactose-induced subacute aging mice.Methods: The mice was injected with D-galactose to built the model of aging and then treated with Shouwu Soft Capsules,the mRNA expression of p16 gene in brain was observed.Results: mRNA expression of p16 gene in Shouwu Soft Capsules groups was decreased.Conclusion: Shouwu Soft Capsules can decrease the expression of p16 gene and have antiaging actions.更多还原
