【摘要】 介绍PID控制原理、应用现状,以自动排矿及液位保持PID控制系统设计及选矿工业应用实践为基础,阐述了该类PID控制系统的控制性能以及在选矿工艺中的适用范围,并进行了PID控制系统应用的经济、管理效益分析。

【Abstract】 The principle of PID control and its present situation of application are introduced in this paper.Based on the design and industrial application of PID control System of automatic ore-discharge and liquid level keeping in ore-dressing field,the authors elaborate the performance of the PID control system and the suitable applying field of such PID control system in ore-dressing process,analyse the economic performance and management performance of PID control application.
