旋流—静态微泡浮选柱分选某白钨矿的半工业试验研究
Study on cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column of scheelite ores
【摘要】 采用旋流—静态微泡浮选柱用于白钨矿粗选的半工业试验,主要开展了处理量试验和药剂用量试验。72 h连选试验结果表明,采用一次粗选、一次精选闭路流程,利用旋流—静态微泡浮选柱可得到9.76%的白钨粗精矿,尾矿品位0.10%,且对回收率影响不大。
【Abstract】 A semi-industrial test on scheelite ore has been carried out by using cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column mainly on the aspects of the capacity and reagents experiments.The test results of continuous 72 hours show that a closed circuit process consisting of one roughing and one cleaning separation by cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column can obtain 9.76% concentrate grade and 0.10% tailing grade,with little effect on the recovery.
