【摘要】 大规模的出国留学折射了国内大学教育的苍白;香港中文大学融汇中西文化,取得了很多成功的办学经验。中文大学秉持全人教育的理念,实行通识教育与专业教育相结合的书院制;贯彻学生为本的理念,实行导师制,真正做到因材施教;尊重学生自由,实行学位分级制度,给学生预留自我塑造的空间;多方位训练与考查学生,切实提高掌握知识和运用知识的能力;内外结合、分权制衡的素质保障机制,确保了卓越的教学质量;中文大学求真务实的办学理念,为中国大学改革树立了楷模。更多还原

【Abstract】 The weakness of universities in Chinese mainland has been reflected by the upsurge of studying abroad.While Chinese University of Hong Kong(CUHK),which integrated Chinese culture into west has got a lot of successful experiences,and those experiences may lead to our universities’ reform.CUHK adopted SHUYUAN system base on the idea of all-round education,which combined general education with professional education.It also realized the idea of people oriented,carried out tutorial system,and finally achieved truly individualized education.Moreover,CUHK executed degree grading system to give students space of self-shaping because of the reverence to freedom.It really improved students’ ability to master and apply knowledge by multiple training and examination.CUHK built a perfect quality assurance mechanism by combining inside and outside,and checking and balancing organizations.CUHK,with the governance idea of pragmatism and truth-pursuing,has set a good example for the reform of universities in Chinese mainland.更多还原
