FeNiCrWRE粉末冶金材料的研究
Development of FeNiCrWRE Material for Powder Metallurgy
【摘要】 研究了含稀土元素的FeNiCrWRE粉末的研制工艺及其在粉末冶金制品和热喷涂方面的应用。探讨了稀土元素对FeNiCrWRE粉末性能的影响。结果表明,加入稀土元素可以获得致密化程度较高、分布均匀的组织,明显增加了合金碳化物中铬的含量,使碳化物的显微硬度提高,从而提高了材料的耐磨能力。
【Abstract】 The manufacturing process of FeNiCrWKE powders containing rare-earth elements and their applications in PM and thermal spray products are studied.Effect of rare-earth elements on properties of FeNiCrWRE powders is discussed.The results show that the addition of rare-earth elements can result in relatively denser and homogeneous microstnicture,increase the chromium amount in carbide and enhance the microhardness of carbide,so the wear resistance of material is improved.
