【摘要】 基于全国各省(市、区)信息化发展水平与相关经济数据,构建信息化发展水平的综合评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析等方法,对各省市的信息化发展水平进行评价与比较,并针对不同信息化发展水平的组别及地区提出相应对策与建议,从而有助于提高对地区信息化建设水平的认识,为制定信息化建设的相关政策提供科学论据。更多还原
