玉米新改良群体多酚氧化酶活性变化

【摘要】 选用36份新种质合成相互轮回选择的2个基础群体(NRRSPⅠC0和NRRSPⅡC0)及常规的6个玉米优势群,测定多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,探讨其利用前景。结果表明,Tan-HzC5酶活性最高,抗病性最好,且Tan-HzC5、NRRSPⅡC0与ReidC2的PPO活性处于同一较高水平;Luda、PFC5的活性最低,与前三者差异极显著;Pn6C4、NRRSPⅠC0和Lan.C2居中。NRRSPⅡC0与NRRSPⅠC0田间表现高抗玉米大斑病和小斑病,Luda高度感病。PPO活性高低与田间抗感病害的试验结果相吻合。

【Abstract】 The new groups(NRRSPⅠC0,NRRSPⅡC0) synthesized by 36 new mutual advantage germplasm selected of recurrent and 6 conventional advantages of group were adopted.Using Ployphenol Oxidase(PPO) enzyme activity mensurate of the cytoplasm.The results showed that Tan-Hz C5 expressed the best in enzyme activity and disease resistance.Tan-Hz C5,NRRSPⅡC0 and Reid C2 possessed the same and higher PPO activity.On the contrary,Luda and PFC5 expressed the lowest and significant differences compare in front three material about PPO activity.Pn6 C4 and new advantages germplasm groups NRRSPⅠC0 and Lan C2,had general performance.NRRSPⅡC0 and NRRSPⅠC0 expressed well in Setosphaeria turcica and Helminthosporium maydis in maize,but Luda was higher illness.The result showed that PPO activity had well accordance with disease resistance.
