【摘要】 目的探讨IL-23R基因多态性rs3762318位点与汉族人寻常型银屑病临床表型(发病年龄、家族史及皮损类型)的相关性。方法选取2 883例银屑病患者和6 180例正常对照的rs3762318位点基因分型资料和临床资料,采用χ2检验比较各组间基因型和等位基因频率的分布。结果病例组与对照组间rs3762318位点基因型和等位基因频率分布差异有统计学意义(P基因型=1.92×10-5,P等位基因=2.23×10-6),在少儿发病与成年发病患者之间其分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但家族史阳性患者与阴性患者、急性点滴型患者与慢性斑块型患者之间的分布差异均无统计学意义。结论 rs3762318遗传多态性与汉族人寻常型银屑病的易感性相关,且与发病年龄相关,但与家族史及皮损类型可能无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the potential association of IL-23R gene rs3762318 polymorphism and some phenotypes of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population.Methods Genotyping data and clinical data of 2 883 cases and 6 180 controls from our previous study were selected.Chi square test was used for comparing genotype or allele frequency distribution among the groups.Results The genotypic and allelic frequencies of rs3762318 in IL23R gene were statistical significance between the cases and the controls(Pgenotype=1.92 × 10-5,Pallele=2.23 × 10-5).There were significant differences in distribution of allele and genotypes between the pediatric onset psoriasis patients and the adult onset psoriasis patients.However,there weren’t statistical significance between the familial and sporadic cases,between the guttate and plaque cases.Conclusion The findings indicate that the genetic polymorphism of IL-23R gene(rs3762318) is associated with the onset,but not associated with family history and clinical type of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population.更多还原
