烟丝在流动密闭阀内的输送特性

【摘要】 为研究烟丝在流动密闭阀内的输送特性,设计搭建了一套流动密闭阀冷态试验装置,利用该装置分析了其操作条件(流化气、松动气、侧吹气、孔口面积)对烟丝流量控制的影响规律。结果表明:①烟丝输送量与流化气量、松动气量、侧吹气量和孔口面积均呈正相关,在同样条件下,叶丝、梗丝、膨胀丝输送量大小关系为膨胀丝>梗丝>叶丝;②通过量纲分析的方法,建立在不同条件下各操作参数与烟丝输送量之间的经验关系式,该式计算值与试验值吻合较好,相关系数为0.96。

【Abstract】 For studying the conveying characters of cut tobacco in a closed flow valve,a set of closed flow valve for cold status test was established to study the effects of its working parameters,including fluidizing air flow,loosening air flow,side air flow and opening area,on the throughput of cut tobacco.The results showed that: 1) the throughput of cut tobacco positively correlated with fluidizing air flow,loosening air flow,side air flow and opening area,and under the same conditions,the throughput was in the order of expanded cut tobacco>cut stem>cut tobacco;2) by dimensional analysis,the empirical equations between the throughput of cut tobacco and each working parameters were obtained, the results calculated by these equations well agreed with the experimental data with a correlation coefficient of 0.96.
