【摘要】 目的探讨成年人固定矫治是否影响牙周组织的健康。方法随机选择42例成人患者,在固定矫治前、矫治6个月和矫治结束后1个月进行临床牙周指标—菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、探诊深度(pocket depth,PD)和牙龈退缩(GR)的检查以及龈下细菌的检测。结果固定矫治6个月后PLI、BI显著增高(与治疗前比较,P<0.05);PD、GR增大(P>0.05),龈下菌群发生变化,球菌减少(P<0.05)、螺旋体增多(P<0.01)、梭形菌增多(P<0.01),矫治结束后PLI、BI较矫治前降低(P<0.05),PD、GR稍增大(P>0.05),龈下菌群基本恢复治疗前水平。结论正畸治疗对成人患者牙周组织的健康有一定的影响,但这种影响在治疗结束后基本可以消除,但需注意治疗过程中的牙周维护问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the periodontal condition of adult patients’ before or after orthodontic treatment. Methods 42 adult cases were selected, their clinical parameters (PLI, BI, PD, GR) were compared before orthodontic treatment, on the 6th month during treatment and 1 month after treatment, with subgingival plaque to be assessed. Results On the 6th month during treatment, PLI, BI increased (P <0.05), PD, GR increased (P >0.05), subgingival microfloral shifted to a more disease-inducing microflora with a statistically significant increase in spirochetes and fusiform. One month after treatment, PLI, BI decreased (P <0.05), PD, GR increased (P >0.05), subgingival microflora was recovered. Conclusions Orthodontic treatment will affect the periodontal health, but the effects can be basically eliminated after orthodontic treatment. It is very important to strengthen the oral hygiene instruction to the people who receive the orthodontic treatment.更多还原
