瞳孔直径对波前像差的影响
The analysis of the impact of pupil diameter on wavefront aberration
【摘要】 目的分析瞳孔直径对人眼与模拟眼的波前像差的影响。设计实验性研究。研究对象正常眼21例(21眼)与模拟眼。方法选择正视眼21例(21眼)作为被试者,采用硫酸阿托品滴眼液点眼放松睫状肌,通过调整哈特曼波前传感器微透镜阵列数,控制瞳孔直径2.07~5.96 mm,评估间隔为0.26 mm,同时进行波差像差的测量。模拟眼作为对照。主要指标人眼和模拟眼总波前像差均方根值(t-RMS),高阶像差均方根值(h-RMS),第2~7阶分阶像差均方根值(j2~j7)。结果模拟眼与人眼波前像差RMS值均随着瞳孔直径的增大而增高(相关系数r=0.937~0.993,P=0.000),2阶像差的变化趋势最明显。人眼高阶像差与瞳孔直径存在着线性相关性,人眼高阶像差均方根值=0.069×瞳孔直径(mm)-0.126,确定系数R2为0.7809。结论人眼高阶像差具有明显的瞳孔依赖性,并随瞳孔直径增大而增高。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of pupil diameter on the wavefront aberrations.Design Experimental study.Participants 21 normal eyes and the simulated eye.Methods Atropine was used to relax the ciliary muscle.The diameter of pupil was controlled from 2.07 mm to 5.96 mm by adjusting microlens array of Hartmann Shark aberrometry,and the value of wavefron aberrations were mearsured by every 0.26 mm.The values measured from simulated eyes were used as control.Main Outcome Measures The total root mean square(t-RMS) of wavefront aberration,the root mean square of higher order wavefront aberration(h-RMS),and the rootmean square of the second to seventh order aberrations(j2~j7) were measured for both human eyes and simulated eyes.Results The RMS values of both human eyes and simulated eyes increased when pupil diameter increased.The higher order aberrations were lineally correlated with pupil diameter and the function could be expressed as: h-RMS=0.069 x pupil diameter(mm)–0.126.The correlation coefficient R2 = 0.7809.Conclusion The value of higher order wavefront aberrations is dependent with the pupil diameter and increases when pupil diameter increases.
