“国培计划”研修项目实施效果的调查研究——以徐州师范大学高中生物班子项目为例

【摘要】 为了解徐州师范大学"国培计划"项目实施的质量和效果,在柯克帕特里克评估模型的基础上,运用调查法、访谈法等方法从满意度、满意因素、培训收获、培训后期效果和培训的问题调查与分析等五个方面对高中生物班50名学员进行了调查研究。结果表明,学员对本次的"国培计划"普遍感到满意,在课程内容和师资队伍方面满意度较高,在教育教学理念、学科发展动态、教育科研和专业自我成长方面也都得到了多方面的收获和提高。此次"国培计划"加强了中学教师对最新科技的把握,提高了其实际教学能力,培训了一批骨干教师,为其他的培训活动提供了经验与借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the quality and effect of the "National training plan",this research conducts a survey by employing the method of questionnaire and interview based on Kirk Patrick evaluation model.The subjects participated in the investigation are 50 teachers from high school biology class.Five factors have been investigated ranging from degree of satisfaction,the factors affecting satisfaction,the achievement of the training,the after-training effect and problems appeared in training.Research results show that students are generally satisfied with the "National Training Plan".The high degree of satisfaction lies in the curriculum and faculty.Besides,students gained a lot in the notion of education,the dynamic development of the discipline,scientific research in education and professional self-development.The "National Training Plan" program is beneficial to high school teachers in their mastering of latest development of science and technology,in improving their teaching ability.The "National training plan" has cultivated a group of backbone teachers for middle schools and accumulated much experience for other training programmes.
