【摘要】 目的探讨帕金森病患者的血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的变化。方法随机筛选2007年1月～2009年6月在我院门诊及住院明确诊断为帕金森病的患者共120例,根据Hoehn-Yahr分级标准分别纳入早期组40例、中期组40例和晚期组40例,检测其BDNF水平,并与健康对照组比较。结果帕金森病各组患者血清BDNF水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),但各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病患者血清BDNF水平持续低水平存在,可作为帕金森病生物学标志之一,但并不能反映其病情严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TO observe the serum BDNF levels in Parkinson′s disease cases.Methods 120 patients with Parkinson′s disease from January 2007 to June 2009 in our hospital were chosen.According to Hoehn-Yahr grading standards,all the patients were divided into the early group(n=40),medium group(n=40) and advanced group(n=40).BDNF levels were detected and compared with the healthy control group.Results The serum BDNF levels of the patients were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),but each group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion BDNF levels in patients with Parkinson continued with low level of blood,which can be used as biological markers of Parkinson′s disease,but they do not reflect the severity of the disease.更多还原
