【摘要】 目的检测麻黄汤对体外肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响。方法将体外肥大细胞(RBL-2H3细胞株)分别加入高、中、低三种浓度的麻黄汤培养组作为实验组、加地塞米松培养组为阳性对照组,未加药物组为空白对照组;用流式细胞仪分别检测各组的肥大细胞脱颗粒的百分比。结果麻黄汤对体外肥大细胞脱颗粒过程有抑制作用,高、中、低三种不同浓度的麻黄汤实验结果有差异,随浓度的增高,抑制作用增强,各组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论麻黄汤对体外培养的肥大细胞脱颗粒过程有一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore Mahuangtang（Ephedrae Decoction）’s effect on labrocyte degranulation in vitro.Methods Labrocytes（RBL-2H3 cells） were divided into five groups 1,2 3,4 5,and group 1,2,3 were respectively added to Mahuangtang at 10^-1 mg/ ml,10^-3 mg/ml,10^-5 mg/ml,respectively,group 4 was added to Dexamethasone as a positive control,group 5 was served as a blank control as nothing added.The percentages of labrocyte degranulation of each group were detected by the flow cytometer.Results Mahuangtang had an inhibition effect on labrocyte degranulation,there were statistically significant differences within group 1,2,3（P<0.005）.Conclusions Mahuangtang had an inhibition effect on labrocyte degranulation to some extent.更多还原
