运用CATIA和ADAMS的十字轴万向联轴器的运动学和动力学仿真
Kinematics and dynamics simulation of cross-axle universal shaft coupling based on CATIA and ADAMS software
【摘要】 以现代设计理论和现代设计方法为基础,基于CATIA软件实现SWL-ⅡB型十字轴万向联轴器结构的三维造型、装配、电子样机运动机构模拟和干涉分析,并通过SimDesigner接口转换该模型,实现与ADAMS机械动力学仿真软件的无缝连接,在ADAMS软件中对其进行动力学仿真,仿真结果与理论计算值基本吻合,说明虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。虚拟样机技术的应用将大大简化联轴器的设计开发过程,提高产品竞争力与质量。
【Abstract】 Based on the modern design theory and the method,and realize 3D modeling、assembly、digital mockup kinematics simulator and crash analysis of SWL-ⅡB type cross-axle universal shaft coupling based on CATIA software.Transformed through SimDesigner workbench,the model can be applied to ADAMS dynamic simulation software of mechanical system for the dynamic simulation.Simulation results are almost coincident with theoretical calculated values.It proves that virtual prototype model is reliable and the simulation result is credible.Application of virtual prototyping technology simplifies design process of shaft coupling greatly,improves the product competitive ability and quality.
