【摘要】 在分析了教师档案基本内涵基础上,文章梳理了国内外教师档案研究的基本现状与研究进展,总结归纳了教师档案研究所取得的基本成果,以及教师档案利用与管理中存在的问题。借鉴国外文件中心理论,实行纸质档案和电子档案互补和并存并共同归档保存的方式,才能促进教师档案更好的管理和利用。更多还原
