【摘要】 以不同浓度的氯化钙(CaCl2)溶液作为保鲜液,对洋桔梗切花进行瓶插试验,研究其对切花形态变化和体内生理变化的影响.结果表明:适宜浓度的CaCl2溶液能明显延长洋桔梗切花保鲜时间,增加花枝鲜质量,保持切花的水分平衡,延缓呼吸高峰的出现,降低呼吸速率,延缓蛋白质降解与细胞膜相对透性的增大.其中,以400 mg/L处理的保鲜效果最佳,可使切花瓶插寿命比对照延长3.5 d.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cut-flowers of Eustoma grandiforum were steeped in CaCl 2 solutions of different concentrations and their morphological changes and some physiological characteristics were studied.The results indicated that suitable concentrations of CaCl 2 prolonged the freshness of the flowers,increased their fresh weight,maintained water balance,delayed the appearance of respiratory peak and the degradation of soluble protein and lowered the relative permeability of the cell membrane.The solution with 400 mg/L CaCl 2 showed the best fresh-keeping effect,in which vase-life of the cut-flowers was prolonged by 3.5 days compared with the untreated flowers.更多还原
