【摘要】 目的探讨显微皮瓣修复结合中药内服外用治疗WangerⅡ期糖尿病足的疗效。方法选取58例WangerⅡ期糖尿病足的住院患者,随机分为治疗组(采用显微皮瓣修复结合中药内服外用治疗,n=30)和对照组(采用西医常规治疗,n=28),对比分析两组治愈率。结果治疗组治愈率为90.00%,对照组治愈率为44.44%。结论显微皮瓣修复结合中药内服外用治疗WangerⅡ期糖尿病足的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss of the clinical efficacy for patients with type of Wanger Ⅱ diabetes-foot treated by microscopy-flap-repair surgery side with Traditional China Medicine for oral administration and external use.Method The 58 cases of Wanger Ⅱ diabetes-foot patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group(30 cases) received microscopy-flap-repair surgery side with Traditional China Medicine for oral administration and external use in the treatment and the control group(28 cases) simply given Western Medicine for the treatment.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group is 90.00%,meanwhile,the control group is 44.44%.The difference in the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of microscopy-flap-repair surgery side with Traditional China Medicine for oral administration and external use in the treatment can improve cure rate significantly.更多还原
