偶联剂改性对磁敏NR/SBR并用胶性能的影响

【摘要】 将NR和SBR与改性羰基铁粉机械共混制备磁敏NR/SBR并用胶,研究偶联剂KH-550,KH-560,KH-570和NDZ-401改性羰基铁粉对磁敏NR/SBR并用胶的物理性能和磁流变效应的影响。结果表明:不同偶联剂改性的羰基铁粉对NR/SBR并用胶性能有一定的影响;采用偶联剂KH-570改性的羰基铁粉填充的NR/SBR并用胶表现出较好的物理性能和磁流变效应。

【Abstract】 Using modified carbonyl iron powder,the magnetic NR/SBR blends were prepared by mechanical blending method.Coupling agent KH-550,KH-560,KH-570 and NDZ-401 were used to modify carbonyl iron powders,and the influence on physical properties and magnetorheological effect of magnetic NR/SBR blends was investigated.The results showed that,the carbonyl iron powders modified by different coupling agent had different effect on the performance of magnetic NR/SBR blend;the physical properties and magnetorheological effect of NR/SBR blend using coupling agent KH-570 as carbonyl iron powders modifier were better.
