【Abstract】 Listening skills play an important role in psychological counseling.They are also the important ways for counselors to obtain the information concerning psychological problems of the help-seekers.The application of non-selective listening aims to let the help-seekers become active while the counselors respond only by listening attentively so as to give the help-seeker enough time,and meanwhile encourage and stimulate them to talk freely.The application of such skills as non-verbal behavior,paralanguage,brief conversation and silence can ensure the success of counseling.更多还原
