【Abstract】 Since 2000,the Central committee of CCP and the state council put forward various policies regarding Socialist New Countryside Construction.Since then the planning of new countryside has been spreading in our country.In recent years achievements have been made in Henan Xinxiang,Chongqing.Afterwards new rural community mode gradually spreads in the whole nation.Taking Hedipu community in Henan Province as an example,the article plans and designs the community based upon the idea of low carbon.from the perspectives of the plan layout,road traffic,the green space system planning,energy and infrastructure planning,etc.更多还原
