苏绰治理乱世的政治思想

【摘要】 西魏政治家、思想家苏绰不谋外扩,专治政权内部人心、吏治、经济、教化等政治生态环境,从而获得"疆场屡扰而内亲外附"的政治效果,其治理乱世的政治思想和实践理应获得较高的历史评价。

【Abstract】 Su Chuo,politician and thinker in the West Wei Dynasty,did not intend to spread territory,but focused on managing political ecology inside,and achieved the effective results.His political thoughts and practice got high comments in history.
