实用新型射频激励全金属波导CO2激光器的研制
An experimental study on the practical new type RF-excited full-metal waveguide CO2 laser
【摘要】 目的探索影响射频激励全金属波导CO2激光器输出功率稳定性的因素。方法设计具有内循环水冷系统的410 mm×72 mm×88 mm一体化的新型全金属结构,并通过实验研究确定工作气体的总气压、最佳气体混合气压比。结果当射频输入功率120W,频率为40MHz的情况下,充入气压为总气压10.5kPa的5%的Xe,CO2,N2和He的最佳气体混合气压比为1∶1∶4,最佳输出功率达到14.2W,功率转化效率为11.83%。结论当气体混合气压比不同,所添加的Xe气压的百分比不同,激光器的输出功率有很大的差别。
【Abstract】 Aim To explore the factors influence the power output stability of RF full-metal waveguide CO2 laser.Methods An experimental study had been carried out on the total pressure of working gases and the best gas mixing ratio of 410×72×88 mm3 of the practical new type RF-excited full-metal waveguide CO2 laser.Results It was shown by the experimental results that,filling 5% Xe of the total pressure of working gas,with the best gas mixing pressure ratio about CO2,N2 and He being 1∶ 1∶ 4 and total pressure being 10.5 kPa,when the input power of RF was 120W and the frequency was 40MHz,the best output power reached up to 142 000 W and the efficiency rate of conversion was 11.83%.Conclusion The laser output power varies greatly with different mixing pressure ratio of the gas and different pressure percentage of Xe added.
