Blin法在群体决策中的理性条件及其应用

【摘要】 利用Blin法来对群体决策中的供选方案进行排序,验证了Blin法满足Arrow提出的四个公理,并讨论了群体最优解的存在条件,最后给出其排序方法和实例分析.

【Abstract】 The Belin method could be used to rank the alternatives in group decision making.After the fact that the Belin method satisfies four of the Arrow axioms was verified and the existence conditions of group optimal solution were discussed,ranking method of the Belin method was given and analyzed by practical example at last.
