基于MATLAB的万向联轴器非线性扭振仿真
Simulation of Nonlinear Torsional Vibration of Universal Joint Based on MATLAB
【摘要】 利用第一类Lagrange方程建立了万向联轴器非线性扭转振动方程,在此基础上得到该系统的仿真模型并通过特例计算和仿真验证了该模型的正确性;然后通过修改参数获得了系统固有频率随夹角增大而逐渐减小的变化关系,得到了在夹角小于20°时的情况下可忽略夹角进行扭振计算的结论,为万向联轴器在船舶推进轴系的设计和应用提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 The nonlinear torsional vibration equations of universal joint is derived by the first kind of Lagrange’s equations,and the simulation model of this system is obtained,which was proved to be correct through calculation and simulation results in a special case,then the relationship that the natural frequency decreased with the angle increasing is gotten through the modification parameter,and the conclusion that the angle can be omitted in torsional vibration calculation when it is less than 20 ° is drawn,which provide theoretical support for universal joint design and application in ship propulsion shaft.
