【摘要】 目的探讨miR-21在大肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达及与癌组织临床病理因素的关系。方法应用Real-time quantita-tive PCR技术对20例大肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的miR-21进行相对定量,分析两者在不同组织的表达水平,并比较其在不同特征组织间的表达差异。结果 miR-21在大肠癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,并在不同病理分化和临床分期的癌组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义。结论 miR-21在大肠癌组织中的表达上调,恶性程度越高的癌组织中表达量越高,因此,miR-21的过高表达可能与大肠癌细胞的浸润和转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of miR-21 in colorectal carcinoma(CRC) and tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue and analyze its clinicopathological significance.Methods The expression of miR-21 in the colorectal carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue was detected by real-time florescence quantitative PCR.Data analysis was performed by relatively quantitative method,the differential expression of miR-21 was observed in the different characteristics of colorectal carcinoma.Results The expression of miR-21 in CRC was up-regulated compared with tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue.Furthermore,the expression of miR-21 was related to the biological characteristics of CRC cancer cells.Conclusion The expression of miR-21 is related to the degree of differentiation,lymphatic node metastasis and hepatic metastatic cancer.The over-expression of miR-21 may play a role in the development and progression of CRC.更多还原
