基于nRF905和DS18B20的多路无线温度采集系统设计
Design of Wireless Multi-Spots Temperature Measurement System Based on nRF905 and DS18B20
【摘要】 设计了基于nRF905射频模块和集成温度传感器DS18B20的多路无线温度采集系统。系统每个节点均用AT89S52单片机为MCU,使用无线星型网络,在433MHz的ISM频段采用GFSK调制、地址轮询多点通信方式进行工作。样机试验结果表明,该系统抗干扰能力强,室外可靠通信距离可以达到200m以上,室内可以实现3-6层可靠通信。该系统实用性强,使用及维护方便。
【Abstract】 A wireless multi-spots temperature measurement system based on RF module nRF905 and integrated temperature sensor DS18B20 is designed.The system works with AT89S52 as MCU in each node,using a wireless star network,GFSK modulation,multi-spots communication address polling in the 433 MHz ISM band.Experimental results shows that it has high anti-jamming capability,outdoor communication distance up to 200 meters and layer 3~6 indoor reliable communication.The practice shows that the system is very adequate for industrial site,easy to use and maintain.
