【摘要】 目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的毒副反应,总结临床护理措施。方法 90例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为同期放化疗组(观察组)48例和单纯放疗组(对照组)42例,均采用常规分割放疗,同期放化疗组化疗方案为紫杉醇135mg/m2 d1+顺铂30mg/m2 d1-3,化疗1～2周期,放化疗期间注意毒副反应的观察与护理。护理要点:做好抗过敏预处理、应用止吐药,做好胃肠道、口腔及皮肤护理及心电监护,同时联合重组人粒细胞刺激因子升白细胞等,患者能快速度过反应期,所有病例均完成治疗计划。结果同期放化疗组毒性反应大,治疗时要采取积极的护理措施,可预防和减少毒副反应的发生。结论做好鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗护理,能有效保证病人治疗的顺利完成,促进病人的康复,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe toxicities of Paclitaxel and Cisplatin in concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to summarize clinical care measures.Methods:Ninty patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into concurrent chemoradiotherapy group(observation group) with 48 cases and radiotherapy group(control group) with 42 cases,and all received conventional radiotherapy.In the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group,chemotherapy regimen was Paclitaxel 135mg/m2 d1 + Cisplatin 30mg/m2 d1-3,1 to 2 cycles of chemotherapy,and the attention was paid to the observation of toxicities and the care were taken of during the treatment.It was essential to take anti-allergy pretreatment and antiemetic drugs,take care of the gastrointestinal tract,oral and skin and use ECG monitoring,at the same time Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor was used to stimulate blood cells,so that patients could go through the period of the reaction quickly.All patients completed the treatment program.Results:The toxicity of concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was more serious than that of control group.During the treatment,the positive measures takne prevented and reduced the incidence of side effects.Conclusion:Good nursing practices in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received concurrent chemoradiotherapy can effectively guarantee the completion of the therapy program,promote the recovery and improve the effect of treatment.更多还原
