【Abstract】 During years of Zhenghe and Xuanhe,the decline of Liao evoked Emperor Hui’s aspire to recapture the sixteen prefectures of Yanyun.But the lack of confidence in their own forces and profiteering attitudes,they relied on the thriving Jin and changed their policy to unite Jin in the hope of defeat Liao.It was Emperor Hui himself who facilitated the move and action.更多还原
