【Abstract】 With the wide application of IT in financial institutions,financial industry raises new requirements for its staff’s operating skills and so,as one approach to train basic-level talents,higher financial education should regard IT skill as one of the main contents of talent training.There are many defects in IT education in current higher financial specialty and so training objectives need adjustment,training and assessment methods need changing and improvements should be made in building simulation labs,compiling case library and task repository and possessing a stable part-time teaching faculty.更多还原
